Link corporation to be liable for certain relocation and rectification costs

56Q. Link corporation to be liable for certain relocation and rectification
costs

Subject to this Subdivision, the Link corporation is liable to pay the fair
and reasonable costs of relocating or rectifying any Utility infrastructure
that is affected by the Link Upgrade construction work.
