Notice to Minister if Utility cannot be found or fails to respond

56K. Notice to Minister if Utility cannot be found or fails to respond

The Link corporation may notify the Minister and the Roads Corporation if-

   (a)  a Utility fails to comply with a request under section 56I within 2
        business days after being given a notice under that section; or

   (b)  the Link corporation is unable to identify the Utility that owns or
        operates unnotified Utility infrastructure within 2 business days
        after the discovery of the infrastructure.
