Duties of Link corporation

56H. Duties of Link corporation

If the Link corporation or the holder of a construction permit discovers
unnotified Utility infrastructure while Link Upgrade construction work is
being carried out, the Link corporation must-

   (a)  take all reasonable steps to identify the Utility that owns or
        operates that Utility infrastructure; and

   (b)  give notice of the Utility infrastructure to-

   (i)  the Road Corporation; and

   (ii) the relevant Utility Minister.
