54. Duty to identify Utility infrastructure

Before Link Upgrade construction work commences on land in the Link Upgrade
construction area, the Link corporation must take all reasonable steps to
identify all Utility infrastructure in, on, over or under that land that may
be affected by the Link Upgrade construction work.
