Utility may refer matter to Ministers for determination

48. Utility may refer matter to Ministers for determination

A Utility may refer the matter to the Minister and the Utility Minister for
determination under Subdivision 7 if-

   (a)  the Link corporation refuses or unreasonably delays giving its consent
        under section 47; or

   (b)  the Utility objects to any condition imposed by the Link corporation
        on that consent.
