Management of roads specified in Order

44. Management of roads specified in Order



(1) This section applies to any road specified in an Order under Division 3 of
Part 5 of Schedule 5A to the Road Management Act 2004.

(2) The Link corporation is deemed to be the responsible road authority for
the road for the purposes of-

   (a)  the Road Management Act 2004 and any regulations under that Act; and

   (b)  the Road Safety Act 1986 and any regulations under that Act; and

   (c)  this Act and the regulations-

as if the road were part of the Link road.
