41. Application of mineral resources and extractive industry Acts



(1) The Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 does not apply to
or in relation to land for which a construction permit has been issued or to
anything done on that land.

(2) The Extractive Industries Development Act 1995 does not apply to or in
relation to land for which a construction permit has been issued or to
anything done on that land.
