Objects of Act

4. Objects of Act

The objects of this Act are-

   (b)  to authorise and facilitate the operation and management of the Link
        road and the tolling of the use of vehicles on the Link road by the
        Link corporation; and

   (c)  to grant a concession to Transurban City Link Limited A.C.N. 070 810
        678 in accordance with the Agreement; and

   (d)  to authorise and facilitate the operation and management of the
        Extension road and the tolling of the use of vehicles on the Extension
        road by the Extension corporation; and

   (e)  to grant a concession to City Link Extension Pty Ltd A.C.N. 082 058
        615 in accordance with the Extension Agreement.
