Application of planning laws

38. Application of planning laws



(1) This section applies to a use or development of land that is authorised by
or under this Act or the Agreement or a construction permit for the purposes
of the Link Upgrade Project.

(2) Nothing in a planning scheme under the Planning and Environment Act 1987
that applies to the Link Upgrade area-

   (a)  requires a permit under that Act for the use or development; or

   (b)  prevents the use or development.
