Conditions on permit

36. Conditions on permit



(1) The Roads Corporation may impose conditions on a construction permit
subject to and in accordance with the Agreement.

(2) A construction permit does not authorise any activity on land referred to
in section 35(c) that would be inconsistent with Part 9 of the
Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986.

(3) A construction permit that is inconsistent with the Agreement is invalid
only to the extent of the inconsistency.
