Land to which permit can apply

35. Land to which permit can apply

A construction permit may be issued under this Division over the following
land-

   (a)  leased land;

   (b)  reserved Link Upgrade project land;

   (c)  land which is temporarily occupied by the Roads Corporation for the
        purposes of the M1 Redevelopment Project under Part 9 of the
        Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986;

   (d)  Crown land which the Roads Corporation is permitted to use under
        section 23;

   (e)  land vested in the Roads Corporation;

   (f)  land that is available land within the meaning of clause 11 of
        Schedule 3 to the Road Management Act 2004.
