Construction permit

34. Construction permit



(1) The Roads Corporation may issue a construction permit in accordance with
the Agreement to any person who is entitled under the Agreement to the issue
of a construction permit.

(2) A construction permit authorises the carrying out of works for the
purposes of the Link Upgrade Project over land to which the permit applies.
