22. Roads Corporation appointed committee of management



(1) VicRoads is deemed to be the committee of management under the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 of reserved Link Upgrade land.

(2) The provisions of sections 15(2), 15(3), 15(4), 15(7), 15(8) and 15(9) of
the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 do not apply to the Roads Corporation as
committee of management.

(3) In addition to the powers conferred on committees of management under the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978, the Roads Corporation as committee of
management has all the powers necessary to give effect to this Act.

(4) For the purposes of this section, the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978
applies as if a reference to the Minister under that Act were a reference to
the Minister administering this Act.
