Specific performance

19. Specific performance

For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that section 23(1) of the
Crown Proceedings Act 1958 authorises the granting and enforcement of a decree
of specific performance against the Crown in respect of the obligations of the
State under the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation Agreement and the
Extension Agreement.
