Enforcement of Agreements

18. Enforcement of Agreements



(1) The Agreement may be enforced only by or on behalf of the State or another
party to it or a successor or assign of another party.

(1A) The Integration and Facilitation Agreement may be enforced only by or on
behalf of the State or another party to it or a successor or assign of another
party.

(1B) The Extension Agreement may be enforced only by or on behalf of the State
or another party to it or a successor or assign of another party.

(2) Neither the State nor a public authority is liable for the acts or
omissions of-

   (a)  any other party to-

   (i)  the Agreement; or

   (ii) the Integration and Facilitation Agreement; or

   (iii) the Extension Agreement; or

   (b)  a licensee or a licence holder in relation to the Project.
