Modification of law of Victoria

17. Modification of law of Victoria

If a provision of the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation Agreement or
the Extension Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of an enactment or
any other law of Victoria, the provision of the Agreement, the Integration and
Facilitation Agreement or the Extension Agreement (as the case requires)
prevails and the provision of the enactment or other law of Victoria is, to
the extent of the inconsistency, modified accordingly.
