Agreements to prevail if inconsistent with Act

16. Agreements to prevail if inconsistent with Act



(1) If a provision of the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation
Agreement or the Extension Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of this
Act-

   (a)  the provision of the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation
        Agreement or the Extension Agreement (as the case requires) prevails;
        and

   (b)  the application of this Act is modified accordingly.

(2) Nothing in this section derogates from the operation of sections 14, 15A,
15C and 98 and Division 8 of Part 2B.
