PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purposes

1. Purposes

The main purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to ratify the Agreement for the Melbourne City Link Project; and

   (c)  to give the Link corporation certain powers in relation to certain
        roads; and



   (d)  to empower the fixing, charging and collection of tolls in relation to
        the use of vehicles on toll zones.
