Ministerial orders to be tabled

5. Ministerial orders to be tabled



(1) An order under section 4 must be tabled before each house of the
Parliament.

(2) Section 15 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 applies for the
purposes of sub-section (1) as though-

   (a)  an order were a statutory rule (within the meaning of that Act); and

   (b)  notice of the making of the statutory rule had been published in the
        Government Gazette when notice of the order was published in the
        Government Gazette.
