PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purposes

1. Purposes

The purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to provide for the appointment of a Special Investigations Monitor;

   (b)  to amend the Public Sector Management and Employment Act 1998, the
        Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 and the Juries Act 2000.
