Resignation, removal and vacancies

9. Resignation, removal and vacancies



(1) A member may resign by giving notice in writing to the Governor in
Council.

(2) The Governor in Council may remove a member at any time if the member-

   (a)  becomes incapable of performing his or her duties as a member; or

   (b)  is negligent in the performance of his or her duties as a member; or

   (c)  engages in improper conduct; or

   (d)  fails to disclose a conflict of interest; or

   (e)  becomes insolvent under administration; or

   (f)  is found guilty of an offence against the Corporations Act.

(3) If a member of the Trust resigns or is removed, the Governor in Council
may appoint another member in accordance with this Act.
