Terms and conditions of appointment of members

8. Terms and conditions of appointment of members

A member-

   (a)  may be appointed for the period not exceeding 5 years that is
        specified in the member's instrument of appointment; and

   (b)  is eligible for reappointment; and

   (c)  is entitled to receive fees, travelling and other allowances from time
        to time fixed by the Governor in Council; and

   (d)  is subject to any other terms and conditions that are specified in the
        member's instrument of appointment.
