Constitution of Trust

7. Constitution of Trust

The Trust consists of-

   (a)  a chairperson appointed by the Governor in Council; and

   (b)  not less than 6 and not more than 8 members appointed by the Governor
        in Council, being persons who have experience in sports, sports
        administration, business, financial or community affairs.
