Tendering for management contracts

18. Tendering for management contracts



(1) The Trust, by public notice, may call for tenders for the management of
the whole or a part of the Ground.

(2) Before entering into a contract for the management of the whole or a part
of the Ground, the Trust must consider all tenders received by it before the
date specified in the public notice as the closing date for the receipt of
tenders.

(3) The Trust may only award a contract to a person who has submitted a tender
in response to and in accordance with the public notice but the Trust is not
required to award a contract to the lowest tenderer.
