Validity of decisions of Trust

10. Validity of decisions of Trust

An act or decision of the Trust is not invalid merely because of-

   (a)  a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of
        a member; or

   (b)  a vacancy in the membership of the Trust.
