Staff

16. Staff



(1) The Trust may appoint an executive officer and may employ or engage any
other officers, employees or persons that are necessary for the performance of
its functions.

(2) The executive officer holds office-

   (a)  for the term not exceeding 5 years that is specified in the instrument
        of appointment but is eligible for re-appointment; and

   (b)  on any other terms and conditions that are specified in the instrument
        of appointment.
