Trust may act despite vacancy etc.

13. Trust may act despite vacancy etc.



An act or decision of the Trust is not invalid only because-

   (a)  of a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment
        of a member; or

   (b)  of a vacancy in the office of a member; or

   (c)  in the case of an acting member, the occasion for the member acting
        has not arisen or had ceased.
