Issue of warrant to imprison

68. Issue of warrant to imprison

A warrant to imprison may be issued if-

   (a)  the Court orders that a person be sentenced to a term of imprisonment;
        or

   (b)  the Court orders that a person be sentenced to a term of imprisonment
        in default of payment of a fine or of any instalment under an
        instalment order; or

   (c)  authorised by any other Act.
