52. Abettors in summary offences triable as principal offenders

A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures the commission of a summary
offence may be dealt with and punished as a principal offender either together
with the principal offender or before or after the principal offender is
charged with the principal offence.

Subdivision 3-Indictable offences triable summarily
