Where and when Court to be held

5. Where and when Court to be held



(1) The Court is to be held at such places as the Governor in Council, by
Order published in the Government Gazette, directs.

(2) The Court may sit and act at any time and place.

(3) The Court must sit on such days and at such times as the Chief Magistrate
from time to time directs by notice published in the Government Gazette.

(4) The Chief Magistrate may from time to time, by notice published in the
Government Gazette, alter the days and times appointed for the holding of the
Court at any place.
