23. Extortion by and impersonation of court officials

The following persons are guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not
more than 20 penalty units or to imprisonment for a term of not more than 2
years or to both-

   (a)  a court official who extorts, demands, takes or accepts from any
        person any unauthorised fee or reward;

   (b)  a court official who pretends to be the holder of an office or
        position in or in relation to the Court which he or she does not hold;

   (c)  any person who is not a court official and who pretends to be a court
        official.
