Period of appointment

7. Period of appointment

The member of the Committee appointed for the State and any acting member of
the Committee appointed for the State-

   (a)  holds office for the period specified in the member's or acting
        member's instrument of appointment, which must not be more than 5
        years; and



   (b)  holds office on the conditions specified in the instrument of
        appointment; and

   (c)  is eligible for re-appointment at the end of the period of his or her
        appointment.
