Appointment of member

5. Appointment of member



(1) The Minister may, under and in accordance with the Agreement, appoint an
individual as the member of the Basin Officials Committee representing the
State.

(2) The member's appointment is not invalidated merely because of a defect or
irregularity in connection with the appointment.
