Penalty for injuring works

30. Penalty for injuring works

A person must not unlawfully and maliciously destroy or damage or attempt to
destroy or damage any works constructed or operated under this Act or the
Agreement. Penalty: 1000 penalty units or imprisonment for 10 years.
