Crown land

21. Crown land



(1) The Governor in Council, in accordance with the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978, may by Order published in the Government
Gazette reserve by a general or particular description either temporarily or
permanently any Crown lands which, in the opinion of the Governor in Council,
are required by the purposes of the Agreement.

(2) Land reserved under subsection (1) may be used and occupied for the
purposes of the Agreement by or on behalf of a contracting Government.
