Construction powers of relevant water authority

18. Construction powers of relevant water authority

The relevant water authority may, in accordance with this Act and the
Agreement-

   (a)  construct, maintain, operate and control any works; and

   (b)  carry out operations referred to in the Agreement; and

   (c)  implement measures referred to in the Agreement.
