Construction of works

16. Construction of works

Subject to this Act and the Agreement-

   (a)  the construction, maintenance, operation and control in the State of
        any works; and

   (b)  the carrying out of any of the operations referred to in the
        Agreement; and

   (c)  the implementation of any of the measures referred to in the
        Agreement-

are authorised.
