Interpretation

2. Interpretation

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-

   (a)  The Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in the
        Schedule to this Act and includes the plan which is annexed to the
        Agreement as executed and which is referred to in the said Schedule;
        and

   (b)  expressions used in this Act shall have the meanings respectively
        assigned to them in the Agreement.
