Alteration of rates of contributions

6. Alteration of rates of contributions

The amount to be so contributed by any council Board authority or union may
from time to time be altered to such amount as in the opinion of the
Association will be sufficient to maintain the fund at a sufficient level for
making provision for all liabilities and expenses in respect of the fund.
