Members' insurance

10CA. Members' insurance

Where the Association effects a policy of accident insurance under section 10C
with respect to any of the persons constituting any of the bodies referred to
in that section generally each and every such person shall severally be deemed
to be insured under the terms of the policy in all respects as if he
personally had made a proposal for and entered into a policy of accident
insurance in those terms for so long as he remains a person constituting any
of those bodies.
