Names in which a vessel must not be registered

9. Names in which a vessel must not be registered



(1) A vessel must not be registered-

   (a)  in any name other than-

   (i)  the name of a natural person who is of or over the age of 12 years; or

   (ii) the name of a corporation; or

   (iii) the name of an incorporated association; or

   (b)  in the name of more than one person.

(2) In subsection (1)(b) person means-

   (a)  a natural person; or

   (b)  a corporation; or

   (c)  an incorporated association.
