Saving of other laws

35. Saving of other laws



(1) This Part must be construed as being in addition to and not in derogation
of any other law of the State.

(2) To the extent that this Part is inconsistent with any of the provisions of
the Environment Protection Act 1970, the provisions of the
Environment Protection Act 1970 prevail.
