Imposition or variation of conditions on harbour master licences

26HE. Imposition or variation of conditions on harbour master licences



(1) The Director may, after first consulting with the person or body who has
engaged a harbour master, impose a condition on the licence of that harbour
master at any time during the course of the licence.

(2) The Director may, after first consulting with the person or body who
engaged a harbour master, vary a condition on the licence of that harbour
master that has been imposed under subsection (1).
