Tampering with a vessel

24. Tampering with a vessel



(1) A person must not, without just cause or excuse, tamper with a vessel that
is owned by another person.

Penalty: For a first offence, 4 penalty units. For a subsequent offence, 8
penalty units.

(2) The accused has the burden of proving just cause or excuse.
