21. Person in charge must obey signals etc.



(1) In this section authorised officer means a person who is authorised by the
Director, or a person who is authorised by the Minister, for the purposes of
this section.

(2) The person in charge of a vessel on State waters must obey any direction
that is given, by any means, by a member of the police force or an authorised
officer.

Penalty: For a first offence, 4 penalty units. For a subsequent offence, 8
penalty units.
