Dissolution of Exhibition Trustees

37. Dissolution of Exhibition Trustees



(1) The body corporate by the name of "The Exhibition Trustees" established
under the Exhibition Act 1957 is dissolved.

(2) A person holding office as a member of The Exhibition Trustees under the
Exhibition Act 1957 immediately before the commencement of section 45 of the
Miscellaneous Acts (Omnibus Amendments) Act 1995 ceases to hold that office.

(3) A person who, immediately before the commencement of section 45 of the
Miscellaneous Acts (Omnibus Amendments) Act 1995, was an officer or employee
of The Exhibition Trustees ceases to be such an officer or employee.
