27. Reciprocal arrangements about the Exhibition land

The Board, for the purpose of carrying out its functions with respect to the
Royal Exhibition Building, may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust concerning the carrying out by the
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust of any of the Board's functions with
respect to the Royal Exhibition Building or any part of the Exhibition land
that is reasonably required in conjunction with the use of the Royal
Exhibition Building that is reasonably required in conjunction with the use of
the Royal Exhibition Building.
