Committees

15. Committees



(1) The Board may-

   (a)  establish any committees it considers necessary and define the
        constitution and functions of each committee so established;

   (b)  determine the procedure of each committee;

   (c)  change the constitution or functions of a committee;

   (d)  dissolve a committee.

(2) A person may be a member of a committee established by the Board even
though he or she is not a member of the Board.

(3) A member of a committee established by the Board is entitled to receive
any fees or travelling or other expenses determined by the Board.
