Payments to be made to Collector

99. Payments to be made to Collector



While a maintenance order is enforceable in Victoria under this Division, all
moneys directed by the order to be paid are payable to the Collector, and the
receipt of the Collector for any such moneys shall be a sufficient discharge
of the liability of a person to pay those moneys in accordance with the order.
