71. Protection of Collector etc.

The provisions of section 14 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989, so far as
those provisions are applicable and with such modifications as are necessary,
extend and apply with respect to acts done by the Collector, or by the Deputy
Collector or an Assistant Collector, in pursuance of this or any other Act and
in particular, without in any way limiting or derogating from the foregoing
provisions of this section, no order for costs shall be made by any court
against the Collector, the Deputy Collector, or an Assistant Collector, with
respect to anything done by him in accordance with the provisions of this Act
or regulations or rules made under or for the purposes of this Act in the
course of enforcing in Victoria an interstate order or an overseas order
within the meaning of Division 2 of this Part.
